Trust starts with the truth and ends with the truth!!
Trust is a very powerful and profound emotion. It is faith in someone that gives you the belief that they will not harm, hurt, or betray you. It is the building block, whether in friendship, in marriage, or in any relationship, that will keep the foundations strong and unwavering. It is a fact of life that one way or another, all of us will have our trust broken at some point in our lives.
Never trust the person who has broken faith once. Just remember: It is better to suffer wrong than to do it, and happier to be sometimes cheated than not to trust. —Samuel Johnson
A person may break your heart and damage your pride, but never ever give them the power to break your spirit. Whatever you do, never run back to what broke you. What is broken is broken, so rather remember it as it was at its best than mend it and see the broken pieces as long as you lived. We need to be hurt in order to grow. We must lose in order to gain. Sometimes, some lessons are learned best through the pain. Start over. Be brave enough to find the life you want and courageous enough to chase it. Then start over and love yourself the way you were always meant to.
Just be prepared because the saddest thing about betrayal is that it never comes from your enemies. One of the worst feelings in the world is having to doubt someone you thought was unquestionable. If you have been brutally broken, but still have the courage to be gentle with others, then you deserve a love deeper than the ocean itself. Pain changes people, it makes them trust less, overthink more, and shut people out. Trust is the glue of life. It’s the most essential ingredient in effective communication. It’s the foundational principle that holds all relationships. So keep your word once given!
The bitter truth of the life is, there are two reasons why we don’t trust people. First – we don’t know them. Second – we know them way too much. Saying sorry doesn’t fix the problem every time. “Sorry” only works when a mistake is made, but not when trust is broken. So in life, make mistakes but never break trust. Because forgiving is easy, but forgetting and trusting again is sometimes impossible.
When someone breaks your trust, don’t feel stupid for trusting them. You didn’t do anything wrong. They’re just an untrustworthy person. If you give your trust to a person who does not deserve it, you actually give him the power to destroy you. Everyone suffers at least one bad betrayal in their lifetime. It’s what unites us. The trick is not to let it destroy your trust in others when that happens. Don’t let them take that from you.
It may seem that trusting a person who broke your heart can be a difficult task, but letting go of the pain can make a big difference in our lives. If your trust has been broken, teach yourself to let go and move on. Then you can learn from that experience so you will somehow know when and who to trust next time.
Everything happens for a reason. People change so you can learn to let go. Things go wrong so you can appreciate them when they’re right. You believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself. All you need to do is, n_ever give up._
